Absolutely! All of my planning packages include one round of revisions after you receive your initial draft. I want your itinerary to feel like your trip—so your feedback is not only welcome, it’s expected.
Please allow at least two weeks for me to make any requested changes before I deliver your final itinerary.
Flight booking is not included in any of my packages. However, I’m happy to recommend ideal flight times, routes, and trusted tools to help you find the best deals.
All of my packages do include booking for lodging, ground transportation (like trains, transfers, or rental cars), and activities—so everything else is taken care of!

Typically, I need about 6 weeks to plan a trip to ensure the best experience. For requests within that timeframe, an additional $100 last-minute planning fee will apply.
I’ll always be upfront about what’s available and work with you to create the best possible trip given the timeframe.
For a fully planned and detailed itinerary, please allow 4–6 weeks from the time of our consultation call. This timeframe includes an opportunity for you to review the first draft and request any changes before I deliver the final version.
I’m fully independent—I’m the sole planner for your trip, and I don’t earn commissions from hotels, tour operators, or any travel companies. Unlike many traditional travel agencies that receive commissions and may charge little or no planning fees, I work solely for you.
This means my services come with a fee, but it also means I’m 100% accountable to your best interests, providing unbiased recommendations tailored just for you.
My service fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellations or changes, as planning work begins once your deposit is paid. However, refunds for lodging, activities, or other bookings depend on the policies of those providers—I'll always help you understand their terms and assist with any refund requests.
