Here’s what you can expect when we work together:

1. Submit an inquiry form – This helps me learn a bit about you and your travel goals right off the bat.
2. Schedule a consultation call – We’ll chat about your vision for the trip, your travel style, and any specific needs or preferences.
3. Receive your custom quote – After the call, I’ll send a service quote based on your trip details. A 50% deposit is required to get started.
4. Trip planning begins – I’ll create a draft itinerary tailored to you. You’ll have the chance to review it and request any changes.
5. Final itinerary & payment – Once edits are complete, I’ll deliver your finalized itinerary and collect the remaining balance.
6. Optional booking services – If you'd like me to handle bookings for lodging, transportation, or activities, that will begin after the final itinerary and payment are complete.

My goal is to make this process seamless and collaborative—so you end up with a trip that feels both exciting and effortless.

Absolutely! All of my planning packages include one round of revisions after you receive your initial draft. I want your itinerary to feel like your trip—so your feedback is not only welcome, it’s expected.

Please allow at least two weeks for me to make any requested changes before I deliver your final itinerary.

Flight booking is not included in any of my packages. However, I’m happy to recommend ideal flight times, routes, and trusted tools to help you find the best deals.

All of my packages do include booking for lodging, ground transportation (like trains, transfers, or rental cars), and activities—so everything else is taken care of!

I offer full-service planning, which means I handle all bookings for your trip—including lodging, activities, and ground transportation. The only thing I don’t book directly is flights, but I’m happy to guide you toward the best options.

It depends on your destination and the kind of experiences you’re hoping for. Popular spots—like national parks or international destinations with limited lodging—often require early planning. For example, accommodations inside many U.S. national parks book out as soon as reservations open, often 6 months in advance.

As a general rule:

• Reach out as soon as you know you want to take a trip.
• From our consultation to a fully booked itinerary typically takes 4–6 weeks.
• I recommend having your trip fully booked at least 3–6 months in advance, especially for high-demand seasons or destinations.

Yes, absolutely! I’d love to help you plan your international adventure. To get started smoothly, I recommend having your passport ready—or at least in the process of being issued—so we can focus on crafting the perfect trip without any delays.

I’m happy to assist with last-minute trips! Just keep in mind that planning on short notice often means fewer lodging and tour options, and less flexibility overall.

Typically, I need about 6 weeks to plan a trip to ensure the best experience. For requests within that timeframe, an additional $100 last-minute planning fee will apply.

I’ll always be upfront about what’s available and work with you to create the best possible trip given the timeframe.

For a fully planned and detailed itinerary, please allow 4–6 weeks from the time of our consultation call. This timeframe includes an opportunity for you to review the first draft and request any changes before I deliver the final version.

I’m fully independent—I’m the sole planner for your trip, and I don’t earn commissions from hotels, tour operators, or any travel companies. Unlike many traditional travel agencies that receive commissions and may charge little or no planning fees, I work solely for you.

This means my services come with a fee, but it also means I’m 100% accountable to your best interests, providing unbiased recommendations tailored just for you.

My service fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellations or changes, as planning work begins once your deposit is paid. However, refunds for lodging, activities, or other bookings depend on the policies of those providers—I'll always help you understand their terms and assist with any refund requests.
